Haven of Dreams is a youth and women-led organization based in Nakuru. Our focus is on mental health and adolescent & youth empowerment.
We use different approaches toward holistic growththat areparticipatory, human rights,and person-centered. We work with the basic unit of the family to leave no one behind.The goal is to help every individual achieve self-awareness, deal with inter-generational trauma, and be empowered.
Empowering vulnerable communities through mentorship, Sexual Reproductive Health and Human rights education, mental health and psycho-social support by use of arts, sports and play and bibliotherapy
